2. Do you ship internationally?

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Domestic (within your country): 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days
    Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and carrier delays.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you haven’t received your tracking number within a few days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at customersupport@elvacarey.com.


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. All transactions are processed securely and encrypted for your protection.


6. What if I receive a damaged or defective umbrella?

We apologize for any inconvenience. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customersupport@elvacarey.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the situation.


7. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Please visit our Return & Exchanges page for full instructions or email us to begin the process.


8. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in processing or shipped. Please contact our team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.


9. Are your umbrellas covered under warranty?

Yes, we provide a limited 6-month warranty on all umbrellas. This warranty covers manufacturer defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
