Return and Exchanges
At ElvaCarey.com, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with the umbrella you’ve received, we are here to help with returns and exchanges in a straightforward and transparent manner.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All tags and accessories that came with the item must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or personalized umbrellas
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customersupport@elvacarey.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.
Please do not send your item back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your umbrella for a different size, color, or style, you may do so by following the same process as a return. Please specify in your email the item you would like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue a refund or offer an alternative.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was received damaged or the return is due to our error.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging to expedite the process. We will offer a replacement, refund, or exchange depending on the situation.
8. International Returns
For international customers, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Duties, customs fees, and other import-related charges are non-refundable.
